Speak to each traveller in their language

Nelxa was built bilingual from the start. The office runs in English or Greek, and every email, PDF and public page follows the language of the client it is for.

  • A typed dictionary, not a translation layer

Every interface string exists in both languages by construction; a missing translation is a build error, not a surprise in production.

  • Per-client communication language

Each client and each trip has a language. Emails, proformas, receipts, contracts and the portal resolve it in that order, then the agency default.

  • Twelve languages for itinerary content

Programme text can be written in twelve languages with language tabs; the traveller sees the version that matches them.

  • Readiness before sending

Before a document or email goes out, Nelxa checks that the template, instalment titles and bank instructions exist in the client's language and warns about gaps.

  • Greek that looks right

Dates, money, plurals and upper-case follow Greek rules; accents are dropped in capitals the way a Greek reader expects.

  • One-click translation of your own content

Default templates, the starter pack, contracts and documents ship complete in English and Greek. For what your agency writes, “Translate from …” and “Translate everything missing” on a trip fill in the missing language for you to review and edit; nothing already written is overwritten, and legal texts stay drafts until a person confirms them. On every plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can a Greek office serve English-speaking clients?

Yes. The office works in Greek while an English-speaking client receives English emails, PDFs and portal pages.

Are more interface languages planned?

The dictionary is built so a third language can be added without touching the existing two, but English and Greek are the languages the system speaks today.

What about itinerary text in other languages?

Programme content supports twelve languages today; the system copy around it is English or Greek.
