Getting started

From sign-up to the first trip

Six steps, most of them a few minutes each. Nothing here needs a consultant; everything here is what the product actually asks you to do.

Create your account
Sign up with an email address and password, or with Google. Your account is yours, not the agency's: you can belong to more than one workspace with it. During the beta, sign-ups can be paused; if the sign-up page says so, request an invitation from the contact page.

Create the workspace
Give the agency a name and a subdomain, choose the timezone and the currency. The person who creates the workspace is its owner.

Invite the team
Invite colleagues by email as admin, agent, assistant or read-only. An invitation is bound to the invited address, and the invitee's email must be verified before the invitation can be accepted.

Branding and languages
Upload the logo and set the colours that appear on emails, PDFs and public pages. Set the agency's primary language and which of English and Greek you communicate in; the primary language is always enabled.

Templates and the starter pack
Write your booking terms as contract templates with variables. Install the automation starter pack: default email templates and rules in your language, installed switched off until you review and enable each one. Connect your email provider so messages go out under your own sender.

Open the first trip
Add a client, open a trip on the pipeline, build the itinerary day by day, and send the proposal link. From there the trip carries its own contract, instalments and portal.
