Itineraries and proposals
From a blank day to an approved programme
The itinerary builder and the proposal are the same data. Write the programme once; the proposal, the PDF, the travel booklet and the portal all read from it.

Day-by-day builder
Days and segments: flights, hotels, activities, transfers and free text. Flight numbers can be looked up to fill times and airports; places can be searched to fill addresses.
Snippet library and trip templates
Save descriptions, hotel blurbs and standard days to a library, and start new trips from templates instead of an empty page.
Proposals with alternative packages
Offer two hotels or three price points as packages in one proposal. The client opens a link, compares, and approves the one they want.
A programme that reads well
A traveller-facing view of the itinerary, a map view of the route, and a PDF export with your agency's branding and the client's language.
Shareable itinerary link
Send a token link that shows the current programme without a login, in the language you choose, and renew it when it expires.
Multilingual content
Segment titles and descriptions can be written in up to twelve languages; the client sees the one that matches their communication language.
Frequently asked questions
Can the client accept the proposal online?
Yes. The proposal link shows the packages, and approval is recorded on the trip. For group departures the same link takes registrations.
Does the PDF match the web view?
Both are rendered from the same itinerary data and the same branding, in the language of the client.
Can I reuse a previous trip?
Yes, save it as a trip template or copy individual days and snippets from the library.
