A starter pack to begin with
Install a curated set of rules and email templates in your language. Standard includes the 15 essential client emails (booking and payment confirmations, payment reminders, a pre-trip update, refund and rejection notices), which you switch on or off. Premium workspaces get the full rule builder to edit any rule and create your own.
Supplier SLA timers
Start a timer when you send a booking, confirmation or cancellation request to a supplier; Nelxa escalates when the deadline passes without a reply.

Will automations email my clients without my knowledge?
Only rules you enabled run, and each run is logged. Readiness checks stop a message from going out in a language the template does not exist in.
Do I need an AI subscription?
Only if you want the AI features. You bring your own provider key; Nelxa does not resell AI usage.
What does the AI actually do?
It parses emails and PDFs into structured tasks, drafts content, translates, and scores quality and sentiment. A person reviews before anything reaches a client.
