Standard covers the full trip workflow for up to three users, including the 15 essential client emails, which you can switch on or off. Premium adds the full automation rule builder to edit rules and create your own, white-label domain, card payments through your own Stripe account, AI features, analytics and exports, lead forms and unlimited users.
No. Plans are per workspace, not per trip. Each plan includes a number of active travellers over a rolling 12 months (250 on Standard, 1,500 on Premium); trips and clients are not counted.
No. Both are optional Premium integrations using your own accounts. Bank transfer bookkeeping and everything else works without them.
Account owners are informed in advance and nothing is charged without your agreement.
