Payments and instalments
Every euro of a trip, accounted for
Travel is paid in parts, by several people, through several channels. Nelxa tracks the plan, the money that has arrived and what is still due, per traveller and per trip.

Instalment schedules
Fixed amounts or percentages, with due dates, per traveller or per booking. Titles in both languages; the schedule the client signed is the one that is printed.
Bank transfer, cash or card
Record bank transfers, cash, cheques and direct-to-supplier payments. Premium workspaces connect their own Stripe account for card payments through secure checkout links.
Proformas and receipts as PDF
Numbered proformas per instalment and receipts per payment, generated with your branding in the client's language and attached to the email that goes out.
Traveller payment declarations
A traveller can declare a transfer from the portal; the office reviews it against the bank statement and confirms or rejects it with a reason.
Refunds, commissions and markups
Partial or full refunds against a completed payment, supplier commissions per booking, and markup rules by supplier, destination, segment type or globally.
Reminders with a cadence
Payment reminders follow the cadence you set, stop when the money arrives, and are logged so you can see who was told what.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Stripe?
No. Bank transfer and cash bookkeeping work on every plan. Stripe card payments are a Premium feature and use your agency's own Stripe account.
Can several travellers pay for one booking?
Yes. Each traveller has their own schedule and payments, and the booking shows the combined position.
Are proformas and receipts numbered?
Yes, sequentially per agency, and the numbers appear on the PDF and in the payment records.
