Contracts and e-signatures
Contracts signed online, frozen at signing
A signed document must say tomorrow what it said today. Nelxa stores the money and dates each signature was given for and reprints that snapshot, however the trip changes afterwards.

Templates with variables
Write your booking terms once, in English and Greek, with variables for the trip, the travellers, the price and the instalments. Per-trip terms can adjust the defaults.
Signed from the traveller's link
Signatures are collected on the public booking page or in the portal, one per signer. A signer who already signed is never asked twice; a missing signer can finish later.
The money snapshot
Price, instalment plan and departure dates are frozen with each signature. Editing the trip afterwards produces a new version for new signatures, not a rewritten old one.
Cancellation terms built in
Tiered cancellation policies with windows and fees, printed in the contract and used when a booking is cancelled or amended.
Your own PDF contracts too
Upload a PDF you already use and have it signed the same way, alongside the generated documents.
Frequently asked questions
Is a signature legally binding?
Nelxa records who signed, when, from which link and against which document version and money snapshot. Whether that meets a given legal standard depends on your jurisdiction and terms; ask your legal adviser.
What if the price changes after signing?
The signed document keeps its frozen amounts. A changed trip needs a new signature on the new version, and both versions remain available.
Can the office sign on behalf of a client?
No. Contracts are signed from the customer's own link, so the trail always shows the traveller's action.
