Trips and clients
The pipeline your whole agency works from
Every trip is a file that moves from inquiry to closed. Clients, tasks, suppliers and the team hang off it, so the answer to “where are we with the Papadopoulos trip?” is one click.

Ten stages, drag and drop
Inquiry, consultation, proposal sent, deposit paid, booking confirmed, final payment, documents sent, in travel, post-trip and closed. Kanban board or list; FIT and group trips side by side.
Traveller profiles that remember
Contact details, passport and document records, tags, household grouping for families, communication language and the trips each person has taken with you.
Tasks, templates and comments
Assign work with due dates, reuse task templates for repeating checklists, and keep the discussion on the task instead of in a group chat.
Calendar and Google sync
Departures, deadlines and tasks on one calendar. Premium workspaces can sync to Google Calendar.
Suppliers and leads
A supplier register with response deadlines, plus leads from a public inquiry form on your own page so requests land in the pipeline, not in an inbox.
A team with real roles
Owner, admin, agent, assistant and read-only. Finances, team management and settings are separate rights, and invitations are bound to the invited email address.
Frequently asked questions
Can several people work on the same trip?
Yes. Everyone in the workspace sees the same trip file according to their role; tasks are assigned to named people and comments stay on the task.
Does Nelxa handle both FIT and group files?
Yes. A trip is marked FIT or group; group trips gain registrations, manifests, rooming and the other group tools while sharing the same pipeline.
What happens to deleted records?
They move to the trash, where they can be restored, and are purged later. Nothing is destroyed by a single click.
